Very good stay, the staff were very nice, polite and respectful, breakfast was very good, the room and common areas were very clean and comfortable. There some renovations going on at this time. The area is very nice with lots of stores, restaurants etc within walking distance!!!

Save your money
Run down hotel. Water leaking into our room from the ceiling. Whole place smells like mold. Was told i would be charged for parking because of the leak in our first room. I was so charged for parking.

a nice stay!
Everything was positive.

Clean, but needs some updating. Shower was not hot. Maintenance addressed it right away, but still didn’t get hot. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

My brother shared that the breakfast was wonderful. I'm a late eater but it did look good.
I was a little disappointed by the pool area after all the good reviews.It looked dingy and dirty and not inviting at all. This was the one thing I was looking forward to when booking the room but didn't want to after seeing in person.
I understand wanting to make more money but really the rooms with the far away, maybe see, the mountain views overlooking the parking lot was a huge stretch and was a disappointment being stuck paying more for that room.
The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there was stuff on the walls and floors that was just not right.

Well Done
The staff (Jeremy and all) were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. Best I have had anywhere. The facility was due for renovation to start the following week so even with that, things were very good. Our only negatives (we had a "disability room") were that there was no info on restaurants/facilities/phone numbers to be found, the open shower flooded the entire bath and the room needed more flat surface space. These are all design issues so hopefully the refurb will solve them.
