Would not stay again.
The staff was nice but the room keys for the elevator are such a pain and I also found bugs in the bathroom which I couldn’t even sleep after finding. Rooms are very dated and don’t feel very clean. I wouldn’t stay here again personally but if you’re on a budget and need a nice location, maybe.

Poor check in experience and bad service
I didn’t stay for the night. I had problem trying to check in early due to the deep freeze cold weather. I arrived around 11am but I was told the room was not available. I mentioned willing to pay additional fee but they said to call me when the room is available. I went to eat lunch and returned around 1:30 but still was told the same comment. I do understand the check in time is 4 pm but I had scheduled meeting at 3 pm . They said will call me again unfortunately I waited till 6pm after my meeting still no call to inform me the room is available. I had another meeting again during the dinner time and need to flying out at 1am for unexpected issues… so I ended up didn’t checking in in person and follow-up my room..I know the room was prepaid. I am not asking for any refund but the hotel front desk staff was nasty when answering customer concerns and did not resolved customer problem.. I told her I am willing to pay extra money just let me check in because the weather was bad bitterly cold.. no place to hang out during outdoor temperature.. very bad experience .. I have been traveling alots never dealt with the situation and hotel like this one…

Not what I expected for the price.
Arrived early, room wasn’t ready. They said they would call when the room was ready and they never did. There are very few places to sit in the lobby and they were taken by people waiting for rooms to be ready. Room was old, rug badly stained, stains that appeared to be dried throw up on the bed frame. Bathroom sink clogged and filled with water after every use. One of the bedside drawers had no bottom. Some elevators out of order, made for long lines/waits. Thermastat wouldn’t go below 65* and it was very hot. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet, no noise in hallway or from city.
