I got upgraded to what they call an executive suite. Very modern room and beautifully decorated. The bed had decorative pillows with a Greco-Roman trim á là Versace. Smooth, crisp sheets. They could’ve invested in better quality mattresses.

Hidden gem

This was a hidden gem! Not what I expected! Casion3are usually loud, dirty smokefill, room usually need an update, BUT THIS WAS A TRULY HIDDEN GEM! It was cleam, comfy beds and had a very nice breakfast! Thank you I will stay again! Close to yhe everglades national park , great places to eat, good light traffic drive to Miami airport. We realky lijed this place!!

Nice place to stay...BUT DRESS WARM INSIDE!!!

The resort was wonderful, clean and the food at LaBrisa was excellent (the food at Max's Grab and Go left a lot to be desired - the cuban sandwich was awful). I will say the room was great - clean, comfortable and spacious. We were disappointed (as we are at ALL hotels) at the lack of ECO-friendliness we found here. Our room was FREEZING COLD when we arrived, and in spite of the note that said to hang towels so they didn't need to be changed out but they were anyway and the temp turned WAY back down a second time... all the restaurants and areas are freezing cold and it seems terribly wasteful. We are not young people, but we are CONCERNED about the younger generation and this waste of energy... PLEASE find a better way1!

Not going back to this hotel

Disappointment with this choice. Hotel is way too far to airport, especially with the very limited times for their shuttle. IF Uber is available, it’s around $50-$75 one way to/from airport and a bit more for malls or anything else to do. Their shuttle driver, Roberto was great. Room didn’t have black out drapes dark enough for the fluorescent lights outside window so kept it daylight in the room 24 hours a day. Restaurant/food choices very limited and Uber eats or any other food delivery are far and few since the hotel is so far out. Staff at the restaurant was very nice. Wifi was horrible. Bed was comfortable and “jacuzzi” albeit an air jetted bathtub was nice for the little extra they charged. We won’t stay there again but different strokes for different folks.

Ok If You Like To Gamble

Stay here was ok. Check In Process was horrible. Room not ready by 3pm check in time. Told to come back at 4 and still not ready. Had to wait an additional 15 mins. Unless you like loud obnoxious people at all hrs of the day and night I would definitely skip this hotel. Also it's more for gambling and smokers.
