I reserved this hotel for 2 factors they allow pets and had an outdoor pool. The overall cleanliness of the room was great, I was worried it would have alot of pet odors and it did not. The hotel is under renovation so the first floor is in disarray. My biggest gripe was the pool was open but it was a murky green. It was 100 degrees this week and was not able to swim. If you offer an amenity it should be useable. Due to this factor alone I would not return.

The property was easy to find and right off the main road which was nice. The main negative was the room it’s feel very humid and almost wet feeling, like the shorts straight out of my bag felt wet when I put the on just very being in the room.

Enjoyed our stay here
For our anniversary, my husband and I booked a king suite with a jetted tub. Front desk staff was friendly, room had plenty of space and was clean, mostly quiet.. only complaint would be that the bed was pretty hard but I actually slept well anyway. Would definitely stay there again.

They ruined my vacation. I told the girl up front I wanted to pay cash.She said id have to pit down a deposit
We agreed on $100.00. And I payed the rest cash.I checked my bank account and they.put 3 holds on my account that added up to almost $350.00.So needless to.say I did not have enough money to do anything but sleep and eat.I have.never had an experience like this.They released tje final hold on my account the day I left to go home.

I had reservations and arrived around 6pm. I noticed a sign stating and I could see and smell, while in the lobby that there was some sort of renovation going on. The room assigned to me was near the exit on the first floor. Walking to the room irritated my respiratory system. I immediately returned to the fronk desk, interrupted the clerk on a call as she was speaking so loudly about in regards to someone getting arrested with $500 worth of weed. I requested a suite on the 2nd or 3rd floor due to the strong chemical order from the renovation. She said there's no more rooms. My concern is her honestly and her duty to accommodate me. I believe She didn't want to change my room because she had too much personal calls to handle.

Spiders in the bedding
Beware!!! The entire hotel is under renovation. In the first room we were given, when my 8yr old adjusted the pillows two spiders came out. We immediately requested to move and we were given the adjoining room and same issue spiders in the bedding. Please beware. The staff is quite unapologetic and not helpful. 4 days after scheduled check in and i still have not recieved an update or a refund

I have always enjoyed staying at this Red Roof Inn as it is one of the cleanest and up to date Inns. Currently improvements are going on now and on the way home will probably stop and stay there again.
Have never had any type of issue with anyone or anything at this Red Roof Inn. Have been staying there for several years and keep going back. Never disappointed.

It's clean , good area, near restaurants. In the middle of renovations, been nice to offer a small discount for noise and what not. But, it was a girl's getaway...my daughter, a new mom , enjoyed the hot tub.

My room wasn’t bad at all, clean and comfortable to sleep on. The property under construction and I would rather go elsewhere. The most disappointing part of this stay was one of the staff that works there, she was rude and on the phone while talking to me.

This is the worst hotel bar none in Savannah. The management is miserly and will not leave you to peace in your room. there were no do not disturb signs so I made my own to no avail, they still pester you. A young man from staff came banging on my door early one morning claiming my stay was up even though the previous evening I extended for a couple of days. He claim he was unaware but when we went down stairs on saw it blaring on his computer screen his excuse was no one told him. They turned off access to wi fi computer server one day before check out so was unable to complete work. This is a cheap, fleabag, miserly hotel. RUN RUN -A-WAY FAST. very dirty, filthy nasty place, RUN, RUN, RUN
