This hotel ripped me off, the manager Alex Salas advised me that my checkout date was March 5 when in fact it was March 6. As a result, I booked stay at another hotel Only to be advised on the date of checkout I had an additional day which they refused to refund me!! Totally unacceptable and I would never stay or recommend this hotel To anyone

Great location, but thin walls
This hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to come and go frequently. The hotel was beautiful. The only downside is that it is very noisy. The walls are super thin. You can hear every conversation in the hallway and next room neighbors. We had to call the front desk multiple times b/c of the loud music played Nextdoor at 7:30 in the morning. Bring earplugs and maybe a sound machine.

Location is perfect! Close to Jackson Square, cafe DuMonde, Royal street. Bourbon O Bar is great, specialty drinks, entertainment. Our 2nd stay and will be back.

Lovely place with great location
I love this hotel. The staff, in general, are lovely, and the concierge is especially amazing and so helpful. Can't beat the location and the pool. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the shower, which was terrible and the fact that it took up to 25 mins for the water to warm up in the shower.

Fabulous Hotel in the middle of everything
It was amazing, like the last time I was there. I had to leave another hotel and check into Bourbon Orleans in an emergency. The other hotel had made me feel unsafe (although it claims to be 4 star hotel) and I checked in at 10pm ish. Elliott at front desk made me feel welcome, and was so friendly and helpful. He helped me to the room and I felt at home. The entire stay was so pleasant. The hotel is in the midst of everything, but is still quiet. Great free coffee in the mornings, large, comfortable rooms and a bed that is so welcoming. I cannot wait to be back.
