Air Conditioner in room was inoperable. Reported it in the morning, it was fixed but there was confusion between the wall thermostat unit under the window. It was a dance between the two.

Hotels.com is terrible
So the hotel was great and the service excellent. Hotels.com sucks. I had to wait over an hour to check in because hotels.com never set the payment to the hotel. When we called they kept disconnecting us and giving us a terrible run around. I am still waiting for my refund from hotels.com, and I am not hopeful I will ever get it. Don't ever use hotels.com. I will never used them again.
