Very beautiful hotel, they upgraded us to a private pool room for free so that was nice. Hotel is very clean. Only problem is getting to and from anywhere in the hotel is a MAZE the layout is confusing. It is walking distance to the main area of shops and restaurants so that is nice.

What an incredible spot! The service and staff were top-notch. Loved the rooms—and the location couldn’t be better. Just a 30-second walk up the hill and you’re treated to a stunning view of the blue dome and three bells. The pool area was a total vibe perfect for relaxing before a day of exploring. Pool area was beautiful. Gym was decent and had a standard variety of cardio machines, resistance equipment, and dumbbells. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. AC in the rooms could be improved, there was a unit in each bedroom but no AC unit in the shared living room space. Front desk service was incredible and made us feel so comfortable with our stay. Location is amazing and just a 10-15min walk to downtown Fira, maybe a 15-20min walk to the Fira bus station.
