The night I check into the hotel I had already prepaid through a third party but front desk agent claim she didn’t see the reservation in the system. The agent and the one in the rear decided to input my information again causing me to be charged 3 times for the room and twice for the deposit. They refunded one charge and told me I have to wait for my bank and the process for it to return. Why not refund all my money when the manager also admitted it was an error on their part. Instead my money is held up do to their mistake. Nothing was offered to me as a frequent guest other than apology. After they refunded some of my money another charge was came back out. I now have to submit fraud charges because they were only supposed to take a $50 deposit.

Disappointed
Hotel is quite old and a bit shabby. Expected better for a Best Western and the price - $300 Canadian. Shuttle service was good, staff good, room clean ,beds good and included breakfast good. However breakfast only from 7:00 - 9:00 am so since we needed to take shuttle at 7:00 am to catch our flight, we were unable to have breakfast that day. Seems odd for an airport hotel not to have earlier, more accomadating breakfast times.

Tried to upcharge us at the front desk. Said we were booked in the old section of the hotel with steps. The room faced the highway with cars, moter cyclists very loud most of the nite. Worst hotel ever. On a positive note the shuttle driver was very helpful. Never again!!!

Great stay at Best Western the Plaza
We had a no show because of missing a flight but Beau at Reception did an amazing job of sorting our Best Western accommodation. Fantastic view from our room and no traffic or aircraft noise. So handy with parking on site. We’ve even decided to stay an extra night.

Fine for a night or two
Slightly run down airport hotel. There was a McDonalds right down the street if you need a quick bite after a long flight. Breakfast was good, nice selection. We stayed after a late flight and left right after breakfast. I’d do it again.

Very good overnight stay. And you all were very kind. pleasant, and met all our needs. Suggestions: get some updated and comfortable mattresses for rollaway beds. I had our original rollaway changed out because it felt like I was laying on a bunch of extention cords. The replacement bed was just the same. Also, it would be nice to have water available in lobby. Coffee too while wsitkng for breakfast, but I understand with revenue needed from the coffee shop.
