This is an updated old 2 level walk up hotel. Nothing fancy but a good deal for the price and right across from the Cocoa Beach Pier. Good shower and bed and incredibly clean. Can’t beat that!

I don’t know why it’s has great reviews. It’s a motel style accommodation with dirty outdoors. There are resident who have their doors open all night, constantly smoking, banging doors. Couldn’t sleep well.
