Location location location!! Property is close to everything Seattle has to offer, if not an easy over away! I will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Seattle. Great for families!! The elevator was not working when we arrived but it was fixed super fast after letting the property manager know.

We had two rooms and neither had hot water in the shower. The kitchen sink had hot water, but neither shower. They were at opposite ends of the hotel. Everything else was great!!

Great location but no hot water bathroom & noisy
Positives: Great location. Steps away from Pike Place Market. Negatives: Did not have hot water in the bathroom our entire stay. Really noisy outside with garbage pick up and other noises which you can hear very clearly in the bedroom. There is a supply of white noise machine and ear plugs which now I understand why they left behind.

The apartment was centrally located and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The room had an adequately stocked full kitchen so we enjoyed cooking out dinner there one night. The only negative was that there was no hot water in the morning. Both kitchen and bathroom barely made it to lukewarm and the shower wasn’t warm enough to take a shower.

Bedding problems, but quick communication
it was a great place to stay. Close to all the Seattle things that are so fun. The ONLY problem was that for the sofa sleeper there was only ONE flat sheet and one thin blanket. And bed not made up. They respond very quickly and said they would send someone over. When we returned nothing was done. They did get us into another apt that was the size we should have had, but same situation with the bedding! I didn't call again. Don't know why that's the standard for making a bed. The bedroom bed was very nice. I would recommend making sure the room was the size you pay for and that there are adequate beddings available. Otherwise nice and convenient to the downtown area.

Booked my next trip for another city with Kasa while staying here! It was really wonderful being able to walk over to Pike Market bring back fresh seafood and vegetables, and make a delicious meal instead of staying in a hotel! Loved this property for location and facilities!!

Perfect little place to stay if you want to be close to the Pike Market, Aquarium, Gum Wall & Ferris Wheel (3-8 minute walk) & about a 20 minute walk to the Space Needle or there’s the bus &/or monorail conveniently close by to take Kitchen in our room made it convenient to just cook instead of eating out It does get alittle noisy around early in the morning before 5:00am but it’s nothing to crazy Shower for the studio room is alittle bit of a tight squeeze but overall it was a really great property

Not coming back ever
Our room faced an abandoned building and alley and at 4am started the cocaphany; a woman crying for an hour, a car being revved over and over, various dump trucks dumping dumpsters - everything sounded like it was in our room. This lasted for hours. I noticed earplugs next to the bed after it was too late, it seems Kasa is aware of this noise issue. Other things, the bathroom was made for someone who is 5 feet tall, so the shower head comes up to your chest. Communication is excessive! I received so many emails and texts leading up to and after the reservation, it's insane.

Meh
Very cool underwhelming. Pictures are deceiving, it looks like I was just a beat up hotel that they slapped a coat of paint on a few years ago and it’s just continued to fall into disrepair. The walls are all dirty, scuffed, dented, paint chipping etc. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The building itself is paper thin, you can hear everything, though they did provide a fan, white noise machine and ear plugs. Ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa for the tv noise so that was disappointing. The proximity to good food and entertainment is a plus. The hallways had a mist lingering at all times, I’m not sure what it was but it was strange.

Amazing location!!! Right next to Pike Place Market. I don’t believe they have air conditioning but in February that was not an issue.
