“A Horrific Experience at Comfort Inn & Suites,
“A Horrific Experience at Comfort Inn & Suites, Tempe, AZ” I’m sharing my shocking experience at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Tempe, AZ. What should have been a routine hotel stay turned into a nightmare. Due to being sick and unable to travel, I extended my stay, and although I had already paid online and received a confirmation number, I was told by the front desk to pay at the hotel. The front desk employee attempted to swipe my card multiple times, claiming it wasn’t working. I called my bank, and the payment was verified as going through, plus an additional three charges that were pending. Despite this, I was told that my card was blocked per instructions from management, and I was wrongfully removed from the hotel by the police. Not only was I handcuffed and escorted across the street, but my personal belongings, including my phone and electronics, were lost or taken by the hotel after I was removed from the premises. I have been charged three times and still have not received a refund, even though my payments were verified. This experience has been devastating, and I feel humiliated, helpless, and treated with complete disregard. I’m sharing this so others are aware of how guests are treated when problems arise, and how poorly the hotel handled a simple situation. I will continue seeking justice and demand accountability for the overcharges and lost property. If anyone else has experienced similar treatment, I encourage you to speak up. The way

Surprisingly nice hotel. I stayed in one in Ohio last year that was a dump but this one was very clean, smelled, good, everything was in great shape and very well taken care of. The hotel needs a bit of carpet replacement and refreshing. Being adjacent to a noisy, busy highway and avenue require the room a/c running on high to drown out the noise. That said, the breakfast is reasonable, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is very clean and well-tended.
