We were in room 308 very nice and clean but the heater was very loud especially at 3am. When other rooms were using what I guess to be the bathroom fan the noise traveled into our room. Quite loud. There was an overwhelming smell of room deodorizer in the lobby & our room.

Ants, ants and...poor customer service!
On our first night, we noticed a couple ants in the shower and (knowing better) hoped they'd go away. The next morning, the population started growing and so we went down to the desk to request a different room. The guy at the front desk said he might be able to get us a different room but needed to wait until housekeeping arrived at 9:15am. He said the room should be ready by 10:00 and I asked him to call me. At 10:45 I went down to ask for an update and he said "Oh, yeah, it's ready". I asked why he didn't call and he mumbled that he was about to call. NOT ONCE did he offer any apologies for the inconvenience or assistance to help relocate to new room. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK and highly recommend some Customer Service training for the staff - especially the guy working Thanksgiving morning.

Rooms were clean and in working order. Staff came everyday to clean, but no elevator for five days we were there (it broke) and the pool spa facilities were out of order and dirty, not as advertised. Breakfast was limited and at least one or two items were always cold.
