The room was clean however the AC was not cooling. The maintenance man came later and changed out the whole unit while we were in the room which was fine. We booked the Cruise shuttle then we decided to get a rental so I advised the front desk person that we go a rental so we no longer needed a shuttle. Luckily, I checked back the next night because we were still booked for the shuttle plus the 12 dollar a night parking spot. The manager on duty was advised and we had to come down and fix the problem. All was fix just an inconvenience.

The stay was great. The staff was helpful and friendly, however the air conditioning was poor. We even mentioned it to the working in the bistro who was sweating and had a fan.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was fabulous specially Chris at the Tiki Hut. She made our visit fun. All the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There is construction going on but you could barely hear it, only at mid day!
