Do not trust the valet service

The Hotel staff was pretty good. The Valet service upset.me greatly. I have a large truck, that is just about too high for the parking garage. I specifically requested that my truck stay parked out front, which was agrees to by the front desk, as well at the valet. I came out in the morning and my truck was nowhere to be found. Apparently, the decision was made to put my truck i. The garage, against my wishes, as well as what was agreed upon. When you are paying as much as i did for a room, as well as valet parking, it is highly upsetting to find that your wishes were disregarded. This incidents left me with a very bad taste for the hotel.

Nice spot

This hotel was an amazing stay. We booked a King suite and it was recently remodeled. It was comfortable and clean. The TV remote and system were a ear to use, but that seems to be how most hotel TVs work now. The shower door was installed backwards (sliding) so some of the water found it's way onto the floor of the bathroom-not much, but enough to notice. They were renovating part of the downstairs lobby area, but it did not interfere with the front desk, bar, or food areas-which were all clean, fully staffed, and welcoming.

A great stay

We were visiting this hotel for a dance competition. The property is beautiful and the staff very friendly ans helpful. Check in time is 4pm but i was able to check in at 10am which was very helpful. The only downsides for us, the bedroom lighting is very dim, lots of small lights is hard to do makeup etc outside of the bathroom. This is a big hotel but the elevators are limited (at the time that stayed only 3) this is tough when there are 16 floors and over 250 rooms, we spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very nice, check-in was quick and easy, however my king room turned out to be a handicap accessible room which I did not ask for. There was only one mirror in the entire room in the bathroom. There was no couch, just a bed and a desk. On top of that I had to pay $6 for one 12 oz water that was in the room and $24 for self parking. The bar was a complete ripoff, $20 for a White Russion, really? Do yourself a favor and find another hotel that doesn't price gouge.

More pleasant than expected.

Conveniently located by a beautiful park; fairly price for the services provided. Staff were amazing, kind, and professional. Way classier than expected. When we walked in, my wife's first words were "This place seems fancy... how much did you pay?" I'm uncertain if I've stayed at any Hyatt before, but this one will leave a lasting impression.
