It was amazing experience. The location is convenient and the hotel is located on top floors of the building with lobby at 7th floor. also, the mall with branded and local stuff is linked to the hotel. Breakfast spread is pretty nice.

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I go to nanjing. It is such centrally and conveniently located at xin jie kou. Great area. Subway station is just around corner. It will take you to all the train stations on a whisper. China's subway system and rail system got to be the world's best. Subway system connects right into the rail station. Just follow the signs which is in Chinese and English.

Hotel is superb; service, not so much!
This is a very nice property and I will stay here again but I had an issue at booking that prevents me from rating it higher. I booked this on Hotels.com but I booked the wrong Crowne Plaza in Nanjing. I asked reception if they could just transfer my booking, I also asked Hotels.com. Neither would honor my request. Being that both hotels were Crowne Plaza properties, this should have been an easy transaction. I ended up having to pay for two hotels on the same night with no compensation from Hotels.com even though I am a Gold Team member.

Good centrally located hotel
Nice friendly check in, got upgraded to a huge room, room was hot and Aircon was turned off already but got at least a fan in the room. Some of the room equipment was non-functional like the scale, the sofa was a bit older but still okay. In general good hotel right in the center of town, very conveniently located.

Comfy beds!
The hotel room was lovely - clean and such comfortable bedding! Buffet breakfast was also amazing. The hotel is a touch hard to find and it's slightly annoying that the lobby is on the 7th floor. Other than this, I really couldn't fault it! Good location close to heaps of shops and eating options too. Would stay again!

Great location and serice
This is a great hotel for a business traveler. It would be nice to have breakfast included. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is convenient and there were always taxis waiting at the door. It is steps away from a shopping mall that has a full grocery store and small restaurants. A great experience overall.

Disappointing
My non-smoking room had clearly been recently used by a smoker - the smell was in the curtains, the carpet, everything. There was also a very unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, including in the rooms and hallways. The staff were great - friendly and helpful, remembering my coffee order from one day to the next, helping with directions, etc. - but that wasn't enough to make me want to stay again.
