Thief in house!
Check-in on Saturday Dec 14 at 4pm, took some times as they had a computer problem. Had to wait without receiving any complementary drinks while waiting. Room 378 was nice and clean but window view on a wall 2ft away! Really? Passed one night only, left at 11am. Called them at 5pm bc I forgot my jacket on the bed, still with my hanger in. They checked with the housekeeping dept, and told me they didn’t find anything ! What?? Told them this housekeeper is a thief and did stole my jacquet! The receptionist said « I’m sorry, they didn’t steal, have a good day » and almost hang-on on me! The location is convenient, clean but the customer service is terrible ! Some people must be fired!

Have stayed at property numerous times while in town diving the springs. Staff is always great, rooms are clean. Unfortunately this last trip I did have scuba gear stolen out of my truck. There are no cameras in the parking lot and a lot of homeless around. Stay vigilant and keep your vehicles locked up if staying here.

The room smelled of mold. The carpet was somewhat wet. The air conditioning didn’t keep the room cool and would shut off and on even if fan was set to on. The room was humid - even though we’re in florida there are ways to mitigate that. The bathroom was dirty and the shower floor was extremely dirty w black foot prints. Customer service was lacking - not inviting or welcoming.
