Loved my stay!
Staying at Mamaison Hotel Andrassy Budapest was a treat. The location is convenient, being a 3- to 5-minute walk from the tram station. Though this hotel is 4-star and on the expensive side, it’s definitely worth the price as you’ll get what you pay for. If you like variety, breakfast at this hotel is definitely for you. There are so many options, and the food was fantastic.

Good stay but minor improvements could be carried
Hotel was nice and friendly, but disappointed with the quality of the pillows and mattress on the pull out sofa bed considering we stayed in the ambassador suite. Also our mini bar had a half drunk Pepsi in it - easily sorted when we spoke to reception but thought this would have been checked. Our beds were not made after the first night and towels replaced were not enough for the guests staying in the room. That being said, the hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth having and good value for money. Would venture back and stay here.

Nice hotel, a bit isolated, comfort to be improved
Very nice hotel. A little isolated. Friendly staff. The restaurant is nice and the staff welcoming but the food was only ok. The room and bathroom were wide and comfortable. The towels were awful and I can not get use to sleep with an individual blanquet/duvet. The pillow and mattress were comfortable. Aomething to improve is that it was cold in the afternoonin October...and the heating system was set for summer time, and this could not heat up the room.

Deluxe King room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning of the room was patchy. Glasses and cups weren’t cleaned. Provision of toiletries was a bit stingy and charging for coffee capsules is ridiculous in a hotel of this standard. Minor irritants because I would certainly recommend the hotel for all its pluses.

We spent 3 nights for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The location is lovely, far enough away to be quiet but close enough for a leisurely walk to the centre. We had an issue with the bath and they were quick to apologise and move us to another room. Outstanding service, we can see why it has so many good reviews

Excellent hotel in good location.
First time at Mamaison Hotel Andrassy. Good location with excellent transport links. Rooms are well furnished. Bathroom contained a bath/shower combination, but the bath had very high sides which might pose access problems to those less able. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of both hot and cold foods. The hotel promotes its green credentials, however it would be better if they did away with the numerous bathroom products in small plastic containers and replaced with dispensers. All in all, would recommend this hotel.
