Great value hotel for its location (right outside Victoria Station). The rooms are VERY small but spotlessly clean with good bathrooms and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again if we have a short trip.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is absolutely perfect - right next to Victoria station - which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The only downside was that the bed was quite hard, which affected my comfort a bit. Other than that , everything was great, and I would happily stay here again.

Good points: Clean accommodation, attentive staff, somewhere to leave the bags if arriving prior to check in.
To note: We had a room in the basement and could not sleep due to hearing Londons tube throughout the night, and hearing every time someone’s toilet flushed in the building.
