The room was one of the cleanest and up kept of any budget hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. Front desk and breakfast staff was very kind and helpful. We travel a lot and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great. But the first room they put me in had bugs in the bed and the bathroom. The toilet was leaking everywhere so I had them move me. The second room was not much better and smelt like cat pee

We didn’t spend a lot of time in our room but when we did it was comfortable. The pool and hot tub are very nice, clean, and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to I-35 with lots of access to food, shopping and entertainment. New Braunfels is a nice and friendly city with lots of different events and attractions.

My only complaint was the air temp wouldn’t go down enough. And the outside road noise was very loud and completely destroyed my sleep.

Overall the hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimalistic (waffles, breads, cereals). If in the area, would consider staying here again.
