Parking was a nightmare. I was charged $28 per day to park there. There were times that I couldn't find a spot because they were letting anyone park for free. They left the gates up so that just anyone could come and go as they please. Since I was charged for parking, then I should have had a spot. Rooms not ready by even 8 pm, couldn’t get ready for expensive concert, missed concert, room still not ready by midnight , had to take a smaller room or we would’ve had nothing at all. Staff not helpful at all…so many people in lobby getting ready because no rooms were ready !

I came with a 2 days new born baby. Nobody helps you. They just tell you there is a cart and i had to carry all the luggage with the new born. Then the key didn’t work and had to go back. Wanted to have lunch since i can’t go outside with the baby but it was close for lunch, only opened for dinner.
