We were very lucky to get a room at such shorg notice as the hotel we should of stayed in cancelled while we were on the flight to Toronto. We found the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was an added bonus. Staff polite. We walked 10 minutes to Downsview Park Station and then about 35 mins into Downtown Toronto by train. We enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel gave me a relatively affordable one-night stay close to public transit (Downsview Park station). It was quite noisy, at least compared to other recent hotels I've stayed at, for those who are light sleepers or sensitive to noise (keep in mind this is an event space, so a lot of things always being moved around downstairs). I appreciated the laundry room (though only half the machines were working), the fridge and microwave oven in the room, the small included breakfast, and the gym (though you need the combo to get it, and some of the equipment hasn't been well maintained). Depends on your needs. It met mine for this trip, but probably not somewhere I'd stop often or for long.
