Great Location
Great location for the Timberwolves vs. Hawks game. Never had to walk outside in the cold by using the skywalk bridge. Parking is a little weird, but doable with the Mayo Clinic parking. Valet service was very expensive.

Fantastic customer service. Clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. Lived the bath robes. I’m not down side was being unaware of the event parking rate in the lot that we parked in.

Had an early morning procedure scheduled but snow was expected so took a room next to Mayo for the night. Worked out great! Heavy snow did come and we would have been hard to be on time for our appointment

Uncomfortable bed
Honestly might be the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. Sheets are rough and noisy, alarm clock was very bright and had to be covered up, and the mattress gave me back pain each night making it even harder to stay asleep longer than 30 minutes. Both parents in the family had this issue.
