Does not rate a "very good" in my opinion. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. However, the first room I was assigned was in poor condition and a roach crawled across the wall. The "deluxe" room I was then assigned was the same room with un-scarred furniture. I was fairly confident I would not have a pest problem, but I took my bag with me each day. Did not leave anything in the room while I was out.

It was just ok. We went out to get food and came back to zero parking spaces available. We had to wait for someone to leave in order to park again. The room next to ours sounded like a party was going on as there was loud music at 1am on a Thursday night. It did stop but the point is, you can hear music or tv through the walls. I think the hand soap and the body wash were filled with the same soap so if you have sensitive skin definitely bring your own. Same with hair care. There was only a 2 in 1 shampooing conditioner. Everything else was ok though. Pretty standard. It was clean which is a huge plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was great and comfortable. However people came into the room next to us about 8:30. Real LOUD talking and tv. There were 4 voices to start with. Two left after about 30 minutes and it got a little quieter. Then at 3:30 AM the noise started again. I hit on the wall and ask them to be quiet. That didn’t work. I called the front desk and told the lady what was going on. She tried to call the too and they had the phone off the hook and she even went to door and knocked but they wouldn’t come to the door. We left at 4:30 because there was no going back to sleep with the noise. We WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Nice clean & newer. Well lit rooms, which is nice. front desk girl was good & very helpful. The shower pressure was too low though, plenty of hot water. Wish they would start the breakfast back up. It’s needed.

My New Year's Eve getaway
Upon arriving I'm at a very friendly worker behind the counter. He also was helpful of me getting in my room. My room was very clean. And employees were very pleasant. I have stayed at Red roof and a couple different states now Fulton New York and Ocala Florida now. And I have never had a complaint

Okay stay want be back.
Get me wrong we've always love stay at Red roof and never had any problems before. You can tell the room was in the process of being upgraded flooring definitely need to be fixed with pieces of tile that was coming up or the vinyl whatever kind of slats that they use almost cut my foot. The shower did drain so that's a bonus cuz we was on the second floor pressure of the water not so good kind of horrible room had like a stale smell to it but you could tell they tried to clean it definitely offer more towels when you have a family of four coming instead of making us ask for it and I wish they had breakfast or food of some sort They have vending machines out the ying yang. There was a creepy dude that kept wondering around our hallway I don't know if he actually lived there or if he was staying there and then front desk girl was really loud and kind of rude there was too drunk dudes in the lobby when we got there and this is at like 6:00
