Surprisingly impressed. Great budget price, but did not get trashy hotel. Room was very clean! All the basic needs were there, minimal but what you need is there—no fuss or extras like fancy hotel. But everything you really need is there and 24 hr concierge is there to take care of you. Special appreciation for Denise at front desk, really takes care of us. Location is perfect as it’s a short safe walk to cruise port. Turn the corner and you have a 24 hour pharmacy, and then to a Main Street with coffee, focaccia, restaurants, and conveniently the heart. The map looks intimidating but its literally 15 minutes radius and walk to get to any major sight or cathedral or museum. I thought I’d walked too far yet suddenly I was back at the hotel in less than 15 minutes coming from garibaldi, or piazza de Ferrari. This hotel is also across from Principe station. This hotel is great for budget price and super clean, quiet hotel, modern contemporary—simple—no fuss basic rooms. I liked that the room was high ceiling, great lighting, big windows, etc. Showers were clean too! Usually at this price and budget style hotels you would get a nightmare place with flickering lights and strange smells. Only thing I didn’t like was that it’s so close to the main road and ss1. Every hour you will hear at least one ambulance siren. Not the hotel fault. Haha

Worst hotel, please avoid
This Hotel is a joke. Please do not go with high ratings and weirdly good comments (paid?). It is a very old building renovated with a bad job. Reception is small desks and one person, lift is so old and tiny we family of three struggled to fit in with one piece of luggage. Triple room we booked has toilet next to one bed. Room is not clean, wall paint is coming off and toilet flush panel is loose. Worst part was we were there in October and wether was still warm but the had no AC! When asked they said management decided to turn of AC from Oct to March! What the hell, we all had to sweat all night. No restaurant in hotel, reception have few items but overpriced. This is worst hotel I have ever stayed and I have stayed in many across the world. Please avoid.

Location was great. Our room had a view of the sea and Genoa port. Staff was great. Water pressure in the shower was great. Bed was pretty good. My only complaint was the huge group of kids staying there making lots of noise. Very clean. Right across the street from the principe train station.

I had a really pleasant 2 night stay at this hotel. Literally a stones throw from the train station. Comfortable, clean and quiet room. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Genova in the future. It’s in a perfect location to explore the city, with friendly and efficient staff.

Very nice hotel, good location & value
Very nice hotel just over the road from Genova station and 15 minutes' walk from the old town and from the ferry terminal. Staff were very friendly, they provided great restaurant recommendations in the old town. The room was clean and quiet. Good value for money, would stay here again.
