Great view on 36th floor
This Hotel for a suite was expensive but we were able to upgrade on check in to the 36th floor which was amazing view of the falls which made our stay amazing. High quality hotel overall. The pool is only 3 feet deep so that was a bit hard to swim in. Parking on site is just too expensive but you can park at the casino nearby for a lot less

The Sock Of Unknown Dynasty…
When we arrived in our room, after settling in, we discovered a dirty sock from the Prior guest that had not been removed or cleaned up by the cleaning stuff. The bed had also had a long hair in the middle.

Great Family Vacation
Overall a pretty good trip for the family. Stayed in a “King Suite” with sofa bed. Space was pretty tight. Room was clean. Would’ve liked fresh towels each day but I assume with a large facility that they only service every few days.

Not friendly duty manager in front desk.
We didn't expect that this kind of hotel have a kind of staff/duty manager in the front desk that were not friendly and can't even smile at all. Smiles are free and not expensive at all for the guests of this kind of hotel.... and worst of all, they were not even good looking to be in the front desk to welcome a guest, maybe a simple smile will add a little bit to their personality! But they don't even dare to smile and say thank you! Even worst he will still explaining something to me but starting to walk away while talking. Specially the one duty in the front desk this morning of the 26'th of Feb. And their toiletries, I guess they don't check it regularly if it's refilled, I was already in the shower and found out that their shampoo were empty! Terrible! But I will give a tap on the back for the good service to the these people who brought the shampoo and refilled it and the nice lady in the breakfast lobby whose taking the ticket.
