Amazing Staff
It was extremely busy at check-in but managed very well! All staff everywhere were gracious and kind. Room was good , a little dated for the price.Air conditioner was loud. Only real negative was breakfast,just due to the amount of people to serve the food was not fresh, no flavor BUT the lady cleaning the tables and the area was absolutely kind and hard working!!!!

One night family stay
Everything was great except for the parking. Charging $70 for one night is excessive. Instead, we parked at the casino’s covered parking for $35. We believe there should be a fair parking policy rather than such an unreasonably high charge.

Great place
The hotel and staff were amazing. It was super clean - anytime something fell on the floor, staff were right there to clean it up after. Happy hour was great, Adrian at the bar was very friendly and personable. We upgraded to a corner room on the 34th floor and it was worth every penny. Perfect view of both Falls and fireworks every night. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We saw reviews for parking but no costs so here it is. $35 self park off site with a shuttle that takes you can and forth every 15 mins. $50 self park on site. $100 valet on site. We would come back here again.

Nice hotel but never booking again
The hotel is in a great location and the hotel itself is very spacious and quite beautiful. The breakfast included in the hotel stay was also good. Unfortunately the reason i personally will never stay at this hotel again is the 87.50$ exactly parking fee to park your car for 1 night is quite frankly highway robbery. I have no problem spending money as I’ve travelled literally everywhere but I also refuse to be taken advantage of(you get me 1 time only)

I always like the Embassy at Niagara Falls. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, my last visit on Dec 8th wasnt the best. The shower was broken. The microwave had smudges. The garbage bins bags were just sitting on the edges of the bins and not opened up. The guy at the reception desk got irritated.

Last time! It’s terrible. I have stayed many time
Felt like we were on a bad cruise ship. Check in so crowded we were sent underground. Breakfast buffet relegated to windowless ballroom with cold rubberized food.
