“Villa Mimosa” is a modern villa, brand-new, close to the beaches of Diano Marina and San Bartolomeo al Mare.
The villa is for exclusive use, perfect for families and groups of friends. Maximum capacity: 8 people.

It has a garden, a porch with a long table and a barbecue, for al fresco dining with the whole family and friends.

Private parking, inside the property, behind a security gate.



Spacious and finely decorated, on two levels (+ a 3rd level, the garage) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

About the location: the villa is in a flat area, the only uphill is the short access ramp to the house.

Beaches are easily reachable on foot, in a few minutes (nearest equipped beach: 750 meters. By taking a shortcut, crossing on the old railway track: 500 meters).

Tip: we suggest renting some city bikes, that will make it even easier and faster to reach the coast of Golfo Dianese and your preferred beach. Moreover, for cycling lovers and mountain-bikers, we can suggest some panoramic routes in the surroundings.



For an unforgettable night, you can book our Personal Chef, who will prepare you a typical Italian meal, or your preferred menu! (on request, upon reservation and availability, extra cost to be arranged with the Chef).



Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.

- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.

- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.



Important notes:

- Check-in time: after 16:00 and before 18:00.

- Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the house.

- To ease and speed up your check-in, in advance please provide us with the list of guests (names and identity documents, that will be registered as required by the Italian Law for vacation rentals)

- Upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
