NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY
The WORST hotel I've ever been in. I checked in (even though I felt a little uncomfortable). The lobby looked nice, so I thought I would give it s try. As I drove atoms to the building where my room was, I saw that their dumpster was overflowing and there were 2 people rummaging around in the trash. The door to the building was NOT secured as I was told it world be. The building was somewhat dilapidated and dirty. There was remnants of chips on the stairs and in the hallway. Just a VERY creepy experience. I, therefore, decided NOT to stay and left immediately. Will be contacting the parent company for a refund even though the reservation said it was nonrefundable.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING IN THIS PLACE
This was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and the pictures made it look like a nice place to stay at. Prior to my trip I tried calling to see if I can request a connecting door, but I was never able to get through to anyone. We got there and they said our rooms were in the other building, which that was never disclosed while booking the room. The other building didn't have an elevator, so we had to carry our stuff to the room. The building was falling apart. The rooms were disgusting. There were weird stains on the beds and the curtains, food was left in the microwave, and we saw a mouse in one of the rooms. We checked out within few hours of checking in. We were scared for our safety as well as our health. I asked if I can get something showing that I was checking out. The lady at the desk was rude, gave us an attitude and basically didn't want to help and didn't care. She said she can't check us out because of something with the payment and that her manager has to do it. This was Friday and the manager will not be in until Monday. Every time we asked her a question she would say "there is nothing I can do". We asked for a number to call and she said "it's on the receipt" she didn't bother to give it to us. The pictures we saw while booking are not even close to what it really is. Absolute the worst experience ever.

Scary night.
We were given a room that door didn't work correctly. With the deadbolt locked. Someone walked into our room while we were sleeping. Mistakenly we think,because they left when we started yelling after being startled awake. The room also smelled badly of smoke. I reported to front desk night person. He gave us a different room but didn't log the issue. I found that out by asking the day shift person.

You get exactly what you pay for.
Baymont has always been a brand that I trusted until now. This location did nothing to live up to the brands standards. From having to take a room I didn’t book. (Booked King got two queen) Beds being hard and uncomfortable. Having no milk at the breakfast service. Guests wandering the halls all hours of the night talking and arguing outside my room. To having to wait 20 mins for checkout because “We are understaffed”. ALL OF THESE THINGS PLUS THE FACT THAT THISNLOVATION HASNT BEEN UPDATED ORHER THAN SIGNAGE. Highly disappointed but what do I expect at $57 a night I guess. Thought I was getting a good deal. Turned into a nightmare.

Neighbors were very loud until 3 AM and there was no management in the second building to address it. Our sheets were stained and the TV didn't work. The breakfast area had garbage all over the counters but we managed to find a semi-clean table to eat at. It is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and if I could have cancelled my reservation and gotten my money back, I would have.
