Serhs Hotel del Port, Barcelona

This hotel is close to LA Ramblas about a 5 min walk and is priced decent for the area it is in. Rooms are small but you can expect that from any hotel in that area for the price. The reception desk was very helpful and they also stored our luggage after the checkout as our flight was in a couple of hours. Overall good hotel

The hotel was nice, but could not sleep at due to loud noise coming from the back street most of the night

Front desk service was fantastic, the lady at counter was friendly, helpfull and got us into our room quickly as we were tired from our long flight. Later helped with suggestions for food and entertainment. Room was small but larger than some other hotels rooms we have stayed at in Europe and it’s was facing the inside of building so it was very quite. Outside the front doors of hotel you stepped into the action, so the location was perfect for what we wanted and only a 5 minute taxi ride to the cruise terminal .

Had an amazing time, rooms clean and comfortable, staff was incredible, location very central. Stayed in 3 different hotels in 3 different cities, this was by far the best. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable but aside from that the pictures were very deceiving. Our bathtub had rust on it and some spots painted over with white paint. When we checked in to the room there was a used shower cap hanging on a hook from the previous visitors. There was also hair stuck to the wall?! The hotel was a close walk to La Rambla however it wasn’t a very nice street to be on. There was no mini bar AND we were charged 12 euro each for a breakfast that barely had anything. The last night we were there there were fireworks all night until 4 am in the park across the street and it sounded as if they were in our room. Considering the price of the room it felt like a rip off . I was very disappointed and unfortunately it impacted my visit to Barcelona. As I said before the only positive was that the bed was very comfy and the gentleman who worked at the front desk in the evenings was very friendly at helpful. It is also advertised that it is close to the beach and it is not. We still had to take a bus or a cab there
