Great hotel
The hotel was phenomenal, it's in a Marcel Breuer former commercial building, elegant on the outside like no other hotel I've stayed in. On the inside, they repurposed as much material as possible, door frames, clocks, wall sconces. The design respects and enhances the original design. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The location is great, right off the highway and there is an IKEA next door for shopping.

Place is decent but for $250 plus definitely not worth it. They smoking something ive stayed in places for under $100 wayyyyyyyyy nicer, cleaner, with more friendly and helpful staffs. It was HOT as hell in that place. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. Only stayed because all other places where booked. So very poor facilities and staff. Wayyyyy OVERPRICED AND HOT

What a beautiful building and what a well done hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bar and lounge area and very stylish. The hotel basically sits on IKEA’s parking lot in a one-of-a-kind architectural gem. The center of New Haven are a short walk or drive from the hotel. I deduct one star because we had some issues with the room’s temperature and lights which could not be immediately solved.
