Safe and quiet area in Wan Chai, very close to Causeway Bay , Happy Valley racetrack and admiralty.
Other than location, i also chose this hotel because it has a bathtub.

There is a shuttle bus but we used taxis as they are cheaper than the IK.
Great views from our 15th floor room.
No breakfasts but the room price was so low I was happy.

All the staff at Cosmo hotel are friendly, they provide excellent services.
Hotel provides convenient free breakfast box with good quality food.
Personally I think the whole building needs renovation.

I did not like that the luggages could not hold for overnight and the staff did not explain well about directions from MTR station to the hotel.

Front desk is helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Carpets in room are not clean. Water provided downstairs only which is inconvenient

The hotel had advertising for an in-house bar next to the elevator on my floor. The downstairs area where the bar used to be was now a storage area. Where's the gym? In the Dorsett. Where's the laundry service? In the Dorsett. Ah well, I got what I paid for and by all observations both the bed, shower and toilet were clean.

The staff and overall customer service is very good, but the building and some of the rooms are VERY dated. Would advise seeing the room first before settling in.
That being said, the staff went above and beyond to make the stay was a good one. Great customer servicing!

Staff service was good. Shuttle service was good and on time. Restaurant was under renovation at the time of my stay, hotel provided breakfast box each day but the food was average. Bathroom probably needs upgrade and there should be a mirror somewhere in the room for make-up purposes for the ladies.

This was a great place pre-pandemic, but now the facilities are tired and worn down, plus the dining room (where breakfast buffet used to be served) is now closed. The staff is really great, kind and helpful, but overall the place needs some TLC. I won't be staying there again until it's renovated.

Staff saves the day- otherwise a terrible place.
Hotel is in terrible condition, in desperate need of a refresh. Would not recommend it. Staff were incredibly helpful- there was a bad storm and I got drenched trying to get a taxi to the city- the staff help dry me with towels and offered me a hot cuppa tea.
