Overall good hotell. Sadly there was no hot water in the shower tryed to shower 3 times but freezing cold water all 3 times. So i couldnt shower once in my London trip

Nice hotel, well maintained but you can tell it's well used. Cannot fault it for its price, great value for money!

Would stay again. Fine location. One of the best hotels in London I’ve stayed at in the last 18 years. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fairly clean, and most importantly: not very smelly (not from scented cleaning agents either).

Place was clean and a good breakfast and restaurant. The staff was nice and helpful. Place was a bit away from the tourist spots, but public transportation or cab was great

There are no surprises when one stays at a Premier Inn. The Inns are reasonably priced for mid-range hotels. My room was basic but clean and comfortable. Morning breakfasts were included serving cold and hot breakfasts. The only beef I had was one of the cooks behind the hot bar separated a new tray of bacon by hand while not wearing gloves. That’s a huge No No.
The Inn at Paddington Basin is a little tricky to find due to construction at St Mary’s Hospital and the small entrance to the inn is not very visible from the canal path, but once you find your way around it is in a great location.

Room had a good view. Air conditioning was great and was a must as the elevator lobby was quite hot. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with lots of selection. Staff was good and we liked that they would leave your room alone unless requested for room service.

However they didn’t come to clean the room and the night time staff were more focused on sleeping. Bed was uncomfortable.. just two twin beds pushed together..

No, hot water in the shower. Did not change the towel at all. Inefficient breakfast cue just to get to the table. Restaurant had a low quality on food and service, not all of the staff.

The property is clean, very comfortable beds and a nice sized room. Within 7 minutes walk of paddington station. Within 5 minutes walk of food options. I felt safe in the area and would stay here again.
