Worst stay

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Expedia clearly stated breakfast for 3. But they charge us for the 3rd person. We even showed them conversation from Expedia and the booking itself that said breakfast for 3. The manager, front staff, and other workers were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Never will we stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel but difficult location

Staff were friendly and attentive. Always opening door for us and helping with luggage. Helped us to check in early since we arrived earlier then anticipated. Great view of the city and rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had beautiful photogenic areas. It was helpful there was atm in lobby. Only complaint was that the hotel was extremely far up the hill and faraway from many areas of city so we got stuck in traffic often. Would stay again just plan to have car or arrange rides ahead of time since no one wanted to pick us up with Grab app since hotel was so isolated from everything. Room was affordable and enough space for the family.

Amazing service and entrance!

Staff were amazing- lovely and friendly! We were advised that the restaurant could do a halal meal for us. We planned to eat the next night and were really looking forward to it, but we were then told that no, this could not be done. Very disappointing. The bathroom could've had a better clean but the service and the amazing entrance make up for everything

Great service. All of the buffets (morning, lunch, and dinner) are excellent. Although slightly overpriced, the quality of the food justifies the price, I don't know of higher quality food in Cebu. I was however disappointed that there was no available business center where guests could utilize a computer. I had one hour of office work to do, and they had no resources to assist me. You would think that for the millions invested, that having a small business center with a couple of desktop computers would be a simple and inexpensive addition to help out their guests. I think they should also review their laundry service pricing, as it is quite expensive. We took our laundry across the street to the Sunrise Laundry service, and they washed, dried, and folded two full loads of laundry, with same day "rush" service for only Php600.

Located on a hill, overlooking the city, this Grand Dame of Cebu hotels retains its majestic presence. Christmas was magical with all decor,music,Yuletide pastries at the lobby. Noticed are evidence of upgrade needs and repairs to keep up with its image.
