Fabulous when you leave
Really disappointed!!! Worse than a motel 6 approximately $145 a night and 😱. Window dirty, front door paint missing inside, light fixtures rusted, tv remote doesn’t work , tv no volume, bathtub wouldn’t take shower look 👀 like gross. Decided not to go breakfast to scared. Etc …

Save your time and money
This hotel was awful, especially for the price. The breakfast was never refilled and cleaned up promptly by 10am. The ice machine is broken. It never had ice in the evening or the morning. I was there two nights and no one made the bed. I was lucky to get clean towels because i was there when they knocked and the shiwer stuff did not have what was labeled on the container. Everything was a cheap soap.

Go Kevin Go!!!!
The front desk agent Kevin was absolutely amazing. I work in hotels before and I know that trying to accommodate everyone needs can be a job in its self. However Kevin was able to accommodate me and my family's needs. We also got locked out of one of our rooms and Kevin went above and beyond and brought our keys to us so we didn't have to make that walk all the way back to the front deck. It may not seem like a big deal but when you have been traveling for hours and you finally get to that spot and it's time to unwind and then your room key doesn't work it can easily turn into a stressful moment. I have stayed other places and the key didn't work and the front agent could have been accommodating but they had chosed not to be. I just want to say "Thank you Kevin"! Keep up the great work. Bye Bye

don't stay here!!!
On arrival desk person assisted with problem of credit card Left for work early monday back 8pm+ room not serviced went to desk told 'not requested and if no answer when knock they do not enter' took towels to desk to change for clean ones. tues 8am requested room service returned 8pm+ not done again took towels to desk for clean ones night person did not believe it was requested and called am clerk to verify then offered to allow me to have clean room for the night, leave my items in the original room and keep the key. What kind of solution is that???!!! I feel that I should have credit of one night for the inconvenience and no service. Talking to them on any problem gets no where Also unit needs inspection by Choice Hotels chain as there are necessary repairs ie exit sign hanging by wires outside

We will never use Hotels.com again. This Inn was atrocious from check-in forward. The receptionist did not know the difference between a Twin, Full, or Queen. For some reason the receptionist was wearing one sock, barefoot on the other. The room was lipstick on a pig. A giant hole in the wall, see the photograph. The shower curtain was moldy along the whole bottom length. No shampoo, a partial roll of toilet paper, the shower head was covered in green, maybe mold, maybe it was painted. The two full size beds were adequate, the pillow cases were clean and covered pillows that must have been 10 years old. On the way to the lobby breakfast the stench of marijuana was overpowering. The condition of the breakfast area was repulsive, and we left without partaking. There was a dog off the leash outside the office area, but did not bother. \ Hotels.com should be embarrased to include this hotel in its listings.

Hurricane Milton Stay
Well, we stayed during hurricane Milton. Toilet very loud, dent in the wall, shower curtain had mold. Hotel was not clean. Cobwebs outside. Stated breakfast was provided and that was not true.

God awful found a crack pipe measuring spoon , mold thick on ceiling in room and bathroom. Moisture was awful beds felt damp. Moved us to another room killed 6 roaches and beds felt damp Moisture was thick in that room molding ceiling. I bought comet to clean tub had dirty thick ring around the tub toilet was thick with urine running under bowl.
