Oct 20, 2026Had a great time enjoying the outdoor space, the bar, and the "living room" area by the fire. Although our room was on the highway side so could hear traffic, we had a gorgeous view of the mountains and changing foliage. Would go back

They make it look like a resort from clever angles and zoomed in framing in their video and photos so you don't see that it's a renovated motor inn from the 80s. The desk clerk was very friendly though and the bar tender made a decent Manhattan.

Oct 2, 2026Very upscale for a motel. Great bar and dining area. The food was very good, though a bit pricey. After dinner we made some friends around the fire pit outside. Loved the decor throughout. Only complaint is that our room was a little dark even with all the lights on. I could have used a flashlight to unpack.

Aug 19, 2026For the Berkshires, a nice, affordable option. Property has been updated, has some luxurious touches (le labo!), and is overall nicely designed. Food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms could be a little bit cleaner, and the staff could have been a bit friendlier (but maybe they were just exhausted from a busy season). If you’re staying on the first floor, the a/c definitely works but dehumidification is kind of an issue. Overall, a good stay. Location is convenient to absolutely everything.

Stylish rooms - built from an old motel but with attractive updates. Good WiFi, nice refrigerator, and quiet.
Helpful staff.

Sep 20, 2026I was initially disappointed when I realized the property is a refurbished motel with room access via doors directly to the outside. However, the comfortable and welcoming lobby/bar/lounge area and pristine room with a comfy king size bed more than made up for it. The room also had complimentary, refillable water bottles with glasses (not plastic), and beautiful bathroom with full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. And finally, there was a wardrobe with shelves to store clothes and shoes and a cushioned chair in the corner with a reading light. This was the most comfortable and well appointed hotel room I've been in. Staff at breakfast and at the bar after dinner were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, though I prefer the rooms on the 2nd floor.

Sep 26, 2026The staff was very friendly; especially Hannah. Everything clean. But basic. No coffee in our room; no maid service (although you could go to desk and get things you needed). Internet--had to keep going off and going back on again. Breakfast menu highly limited and very expensive. We ended up going out to a local breakfast "joint" down the road that was wonderful. I realize it may appear I am being picky when there were good things too, but when you have to shower and dress before getting coffee......well,.....just not the same as sipping it when you are doing all those morning "chores."

Aug 15, 2026The lobby is upscale and lovely. The rooms are a renovated motor lodge. The room was clean. The room was facing the road and was very noisy. The in room ac/heat was also noisy. It’s a point of concern because of the high price tag for the room.

Room was a clean, had a comfy bed, was quiet, and very friendly staff to greet me both when I checked in and out… with yummy coffee in the morning. It’s a basic stay, but everything you need. Would definitely recommend!
