    We requested a quiet room away from the elevators and the ice room. They put us in adjoining room with 2 small children next to us. Not a quiet or relaxing stay. A hotel that size should be able to organize rooms with families separate from couples/business people

    Quick over night stay. Beds were very soft. Pillows too soft. Asked concierge for a nice Italian Restaurant. Restaurant loud and food basic. Was a cool evening so took a cab. The driver dropped us off in a completely different direction, paid him, and he pointed to where restaurant was. NOT anywhere close to that. we had to use waze to walk to restaurant 10 minutes away in heels. We told hotel about cabbie. $600 a night not impressed.

    Stayed over the weekend took over an hour to check in first room wreaked of smoke we go all the way down they give us a new room we go up and the batteries in the lock are dead so the room won’t open so we go back down and get a third room! The staff was nice about it but no upgrades or discount. Other than that it was a great experience

    Doesn't worth the money. The worse 5 star hotel
    This the worst 5 start hotel I had. When I checked front desk even didn’t know how to assign key to room. I went the room I suppose got. Key didn’t work and I had to call them and wait for over 10 minutes to get help to get in. They said they assigned the wrong room to the key. The lady even didn’t say she was sorry and just came up some radicular excuse. After I finally got in the hotel room had very strong chemical smell and still had remodel tools in the room. They said it is OK even with the chemical smell!!! What hell! Eventually they assigned another room, but it had the same chemical smell from the glue they used for new carpet. Another funny thing was there are mosquitoes in the room. I called them and they don't believe me. I had to show picture of mosquitoes. Why they open business If they didn’t finish remodel works.
