The room was very small and since it was in one of the gables the ceiling was very low as well. The bathroom was a good size, and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Room was small. Bathroom was very small. Toilet seat was broken. Hot water in shower and water pressure was in and out.

Waited an hour at reception, phoned no response, wasn’t till I emailed that they gave me information to access my hotel room.

The reception was unorganized as there were not enough employees for the amount of guest that arrived since the hotel was full for the night. Our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Our “upgraded” room did not reflect any of the advertised rooms on the website. Although one staff member was helpful, the overall professionalism was lacking.

week-end in Quebec City
We stayed at Hotel Acadia for two nights. We were at the Hermitage Pavilion. The room was exactly as shown on the picture. Very comfortable, the bed and sheets were impeccable, we had a little fridge in our room. It was a charming old hotel. Even though it was a very busy weekend in Quebec City the hotel was quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay .
