Room smelled so bad.
The room stank. It smelled bad when we walked in. It was just before 11pm so we didn't think to ask to change, we just turned on the AC which helped a bit. The next morning, the A/C had been on so the room was freezing and we turned on the heater - OMG - it reaked. I had already checked the fridge and microwave... it was definitely the heater. (Room 311). I did tell the manager when I asked for extra towels that morning (we were only given 2) so perhaps it's been fixed.

No facial tissues, N0 hand towels, No towel racks, No tv signal for NBC, CBS, ABC, or PBS and no one on staff could or would fix this situation. NO ice machine. Laminate floors about the only positive in this UNSATISFACTORY experience

Nice clean no frills hotel.
It was a good place to stay, the room was nice had a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave oven. Has excersize room but no pool. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink in 423 barely put out any water. Just a trickle not enough to wash up or shave in. The location was not right off Okeechobee Road so it confused my Siri GPS.

Got the job done.
Staff was pretty nice and easy to check in/out. Nice kitchenette area with full fridge. No cookware, flatware, or utensils provided. Basic room, no frills. AC unit easy to use and worked well. Bed was firm and comfortable. Cockroach in bed one night, and walls were thin, so kept up with someone vomiting all night next door. May just be bad luck with those but didn't make for the best stay.

Whatever cleaning stuff they use - the entire place had a chemical odor and - although I have no allergies - it caused my eyes to water and nose to run and I was miserable. There was not even a box of tissues in the bathroom. Could hear the televisions from the adjoining rooms. (which were on until late so no sleep). So a very poor value for the cost. I will not book at Woodspring Suites again.

Great staff, terrible stay.
First let me say, the staff is amazing! Friendly, quick and helpful. But when we first got into the elevator, it’s so hot! I feel terrible for anyone riding it during the Florida summer. And our room wasn’t any better. I had to knock it down all the way just to get the room to cool down. It took until late at night for the room to finally cool down. The bed is so uncomfortable, my back was killing me on our check out morning. I found two bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, a roach and some sliver long bug! The bed moved every time we went to get in it. Water pressure in the shower is terrible. Check out is at 11am, which I have no issue with. But I was a little annoyed that it was a little after 10:30am and I went to get a cart to help bring stuff to the car and the key card didn’t work for my room anymore. I’m glad my boyfriend was still in the room or we would have been locked out. Staff was great. I asked for clean towels and they exchanged them out for nice hot clean towels. Check in was easy and the girl at the counter was funny and nice!
