A wonderful hotel, with an equally wonderful staff. A great locale for your visit to Rome.
Staff are accomodating and place is clean, will recommend to my friends❤️❤️❤️
It was run down. There were silverfish in the bathroom. The electrical sockets were loose. The bed was hard. There wasn't enough electricity to use the hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was 11 Euro, there was yogurt, some tried up pastries, hard boiled eggs, fruit, coffee and tea. Not worth the price.
The place is on a compound and feels very private and secured. Staff are courteous specially the reception. We've dealt with 3 different receptionists during our stay and they're all very helpful and fun to talk to. Room is big and clean. There is a 5euro red wine in the room that we consumed but they gave it for free upon checkout. Very closed to Vatican City.
All the staff are very helpful. They are always willing to help. My experience in Rome was enriched because of my interactions with the staff.
The location was perfect and the generous size of the apartment was being appreciated. The staff in the reception-breakfast area was very accommodating and friendly, ... especially Paola, big shout-out to her, she felt like a friend I had known for a long time, ready to give advice and help out with a city map situation (I didn't have GPS in Rome) Loved the independence and flexibility of staying in an apartment, and the convenience of the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend it!
Beautiful room with very friendly staff. Very close to Saint Peter’s square, as well as very convenient to a supermarket and a handful of delicious restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
Everything was great. We were welcomed with a smile and received a lot of help. Very close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s.
They are not sympathetic to their guest during Ny situation.
Clean and easy access to key Roman sites. Only issue was on Sunday the hotel did clean the bedroom.
