Très bon accueil d’Adriana qui nous a donné d’excellents conseils de visites sur Split et les alentours .L’appartement est bien situé. facile pour visiter la old town. Seul petit point à revoir selon nous , l’équipement cuisine , un peu « dans son jus »… réfrigérateur , micro onde , machine à café et bouilloire mériteraient un coup de neuf .

Excellent apartment only 10mins walk away from the walled old town of Split. There was plenty of space in the apartment for luggage and the bed was very comfortable. The washing machine and detergent available for guests was super handy to do a quick wash! We never had to park out of site of the apartment block as we always managed to find a space to squeeze into

Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, and was pretty close to a grocery store and a reasonable walk to the old town and the promenade. We walked at night and felt safe. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Warm welcome from Joseph to this charming, traditionally furnished apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed (and there was a Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance). There was even a washing machine and a hidden clothes airer on the sunny balcony. Very handy apartment for walking and active holidays

Great location, short walk from old town. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice, clean apartment. Rain head in the shower wasn't working properly, this was the only minor issue, otherwise everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very helpful landlord who gave us a great explanation of Split with a map. The area is urban with a little graffiti but quite safe and there was an excellent friendly little supermarket a short walk away with superb bread. A short walk from the tourist centre. Highly recommended.

A 5-10 minutes walk from the Riva and Split city center, If you have a car, be aware that parking is scarce, but it was not a problem during my 3 days stay. Host was very sympathic and apartment has all the commodities you need. Loved it!!

아주 만족합니다. 넓은 공간, 편안한 침실, 생활에 필요한 대부분의 시설(세탁기, 식기류 등)이 갖춰져 있고, 주변에 마트가 있어 필요 물품 확보에 어려움이 없고 외식이 싫으면 자체적으로 해결이 가능합니다. 스플릿트 관광 중심지까지 도보로 10분정도 밖에 안걸리며, 첵크인 시, 주인께서 일반 관광객은 잘 모르는 부분을 알려줍니다. 시간적 여유만 있다면 더 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 체크인 시 주인에게 연락해야 하는데, 주인께서 whatsapp(유럽버전 카톡)을 하지 않아 어쩔수 없이 국제통화를 하게된 점이네요. 주인님 whatsapp하세요^^

Location is good, we can walk to the old town in 10 minutes. Apartment is clean and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable, we had good sleep. For check in process, we have no problem finding the property but it took us a while to figure out we have to press the bell of the apartment to gain access. Our apartment is on 2nd floor, there is no lift, it is hard for a to carry our luggage to climb the stairs. Parking is on the street and very difficult! The first night, the host helped us to find a spot. The second night, we had no luck. We spent 30 minutes and still can’t find a spot. Finally we had to park on another street which is a few minutes walk. Not too bad.

Very comfortable stay

It was about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town, so it was relatively convenient. If you want to go to the ocean, it takes more than 25 minutes. The apartment was quiet, the bed and the shower were clean. I felt it was a good place to take a break peacefully after playing around all day. It was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, so I had no complaints about the facilities. If I had to comment on one thing, the Wi-Fi was a little slow and difficult to use. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Ideal Apartment

Had a bit of difficulty in finding at first but was shown by locals. Met the owner when arrived showed us around and answered questions. The internet was very poor and the TV had only one local station. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the sun on all day. It was very central for the Old town and the bus station is a 10 min walk. We used it to go to Trogir €4 each and Stobrec €2. It was ideal for the Airport €3. There was a park a street down. There are ATM all over but most charge. The bank ATMs are nearby and are free.

Propriétaire chaleureux et flexible. Appartement très bien situé, au calme, pas très loin d’un supermarché. À recommander pour deux nuits ou une semaine ! Nice and flexible landlord. Bien situé à 15 mn a pied du centre historique. Rue et immeubles très calmes Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a très bien conseillé. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement qui est décoré et aménagé avec soin avec toutes les commodités nécessaires Nous conseillons fortement cette adresse et Ne manquerons pas d y retourner si nous avons l,occasion de retourner à Split que nous avons beaucoup apprécié

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable dans un petit immeuble de bonne facture. Il est situé dans un endroit calme à environ 15 mn a pied du centre et du bord de mer. Le propriétaire est sympathique. Tout pour une bonne note, mais voila ... puces de lit très voraces au programme!!!

Appartement très bien équipé

L'appartement est très bien équipé et le patron très gentil et serviable. Quelques doutes sur la notion de parking privé mais il nous a trouvé une place à côté. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme pas trop loin du centre ville (15 min). On a circulé à pied la nuit sans inquiétude. La ville de split vaut le détour.
