Was asked to give cleaner and extra hourâŠwhich turned into 2 hoursâŠhad to plunge shower (2 times) as drain would not drainâŠbatteries only in one remote so you have to swap them to control fansâŠa/c remote face broken-canât read itâŠrice was still in pot when went to cookâŠhair tie and gum on shelf in kitchenâŠhad wi-if in room but would have nice of it worked up on the roof tooâŠoverall very nice but for what was âwrongâ and the delay in check-in, I probably wouldnât stay again sadly
Originally I booked a studio with a rooftop pool. The agent was supposed to email me the night before with the instructions on how to obtain the keys for entry. I never got a call so I called Expedia and they contacted the agent to ask about keys and she said she would contact me later. She never called me so I called Expedia again and they gave me her direct number. My flight was in less than 8 hours and the agent told me the unit I booked wasnât available because the person who was in the unit I booked previous decided to extend their stay and that Iâd have to take a different unit. She did not make contact with me days prior to inform me of the change. She didnât want to give me an address or location for the relocation address so I didnât know where she was moving me to. I was traveling alone to Jamaica for the first time. I was extremely stressed about the situation. The unit I ended up in was a 1 bedroom apartment but the rooftop pool was out of order. There were bugs in the unit and it hadnât been cleaned properly. I wasnât happy about the change at all and I wonât book lodging with that agent ever again.
