The room itself was goods the only problem I had was that in the website picture and description didn't match the real room. I wished for a queen bed, but instead got a 2 single bed attempt to be a queen bed. They put 2 single beds together and put a cover on top of it, result was a lot of discomfort and back pain, if it wasn't for this I would give a better rating, hotel staff were super friendly .

Fui correr a Volta da Pampulha, fui solicitar o café mas cedo disseram que não tinha como servir antes Como pode um evento de vários corredores no hotel e não servir antes. Amigos tiveram em outros hotéis e foram atendidos. Fui solicitar uma chicara vazia e informaram que tava fechado a cozinha.

Cafe da manha bem ruim, a cama de casal parecia que tinha juntado duas camas de solteiro. Ficamos no quarto 208, não tinha nem agua no frigibar, fomos informados que os clientes saiam sem pagar, mas deveriam averiguar na hora do chekout. Nao tem coberta no quarto, tem que ta pedindo, pra buscar agua tem que ir a recepção pq nao tem telefone no quarto. Nao gostei, e poderiam informar o valor do estacionamento a parte.
