The location was very good, the room was a good size and quite basic but everything needed was there and clean. Great towels. I disliked the double reservation system were you book on H. Com and have to reregister on the providers website. Communcations were made complicated but it alll worked

Sep 20, 2024Bed wasn’t that comfortable, no TV, and you share the shower with the toilet. Toilet paper was part of ‘welcome package’. When you run out, have to buy your own. Location perfect.

Aug 25, 2026The photos presented online did not match the reality of the hotel. When I contacted the agent to resolve the issues, nobody answered the phone.
The bathroom was outdated, the air-conditioning was very old with no option to control the temperature, and the kettle did not work.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Apr 28, 2026I like the location it’s right at the center, there are shops, really and pub nearby. What I don’t like is the checking in it’s not simple esp for older people who don’t know much about technology. I have to ring them instead the lady on the phone is quite helpful. The red room room I stayed is very poorly maintained. Dust everywhere even the remote control of tv and the radiator. The toilet is dirty and moldy I don’t know when it was cleaned last. No shower curtain. The carpet on the floor is bogging and you have to throw all your rubbish out.

Apr 29, 2026Location very central, easy access to most places, however apartment itself is below zero rating. It requires full maintenance and deep cleaning. The whole apartment was dirty, dusty with broken equipment (coffee machine that has not been cleaned in years, kettle, taps, showers, curtains, table tops all not changed ever it seemed, towels and bed linen just washed repeatedly and reused), walls with molds and required maintenance and painting especially smelly bathroom due to mould.
Company like Expedia and Wonderful Italy should check every nook and corner of the apartment before listing it if they care about their brand and reputation.
Notified these issues with the pictures to the Wonderful italy team on WhatsApp and even though they seemed to be taking action about it, nothing happened. It's like talking to the customer service with nice words no action.
Getting access code wasn't until the day of check- in so have to keep patience and coordination with the customer service team otherwise prepare to be anxious. Also,some sort of agreement signing, segregating waste yourself and no housekeeping. You also have to wash your dishes since no housekeeping. It's all in the house manual.
Not recommended until they fix these issues and make it smoother process as many other B&Bs are.

Sep 6, 2026Bästa tänkbara läge. Vi bodde på tre trappor utan hiss så om man har en stor resväska är det besvärligt särskilt som trappan var väldigt smal. Extremt eftersatt underhåll, exempelvis ett duschdraperi lagat med plåster, toalettsitsen helt lös, sjok av trägolvet hade lossnat så man måste ha skor på sig inomhus för att inte skada fötterna. Men eftersom läget var så bra och priset lågt så var det godtagbart.

May 29, 2026Virkelig god beliggenhed, men der var virkelig snavset og badeværelset var dækket af skimmelsvamp fra top til tå. Bruseren var så kalket, at der kom en tyk stråle og udluftningen var dårlig, så der var fugtigt konstant.

Værelset fungerer fint og beliggenheden er god.
Der er en del larm om aftenen, men ikke noget der generede os.
Hvis man skal tidligt derfra skal man booke transfer hjemmefra. Hotellet kan hjælpe men det koster 75 euro for en tur der normalt koster 25
