not a great stay
Unfortunately, when we arrived on the Sunday afternoon/early evening despite the website Hotels.com and their own saying they were serving food, they weren't and there was nowhere locally that was, so we had to drive to the Co-Op and have picnic dinner in our room. Our room was awful, dirty bed linen and an awful smell of over sprayed fabric cleaner. The lady at the pub was about to go home but stayed on and changed our room, which was much better. After all of this, again despite the websites and the notice in the bedroom saying they served breakfast and had tall the timings, we were informed that breakfast was not being served.

Great Location
Great location for Brands Hatch circuit and food. Let down a little by cleanliness due to some cob webs about the room and long life milk out of date.

Great little stay
Excellent staff, Paige and Ben were super helpful and made our stay excellent. Food great. Rooms slightly noisy when fully occupied but to be expected with this type of establishment

Great accommodation with restaurant.
I stay here when working at Brands because of the comfort of the accommodation and the convenience of being so close. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and particularly comfortable. Great shower. Restaurant and bar food is good although the menu seems to have been condensed since earlier in the year. Just gets slightly more restrictive when staying 4 nights. The only downside is parking is a bit limited when arriving back from the circuit later.

Food was excellent and have chosen 3 courses, I wondered if I was going to be able to eat it all. It was good value and if I was in summer would have been great to use outdoor beer gardens etc,

6/10 Good

The staff were great, the food was very good. The property was clean and tidy and the room was fine. Unfortunately the walls between rooms are very thin and therefore noisy. The head of my bed must back onto another room’s bathroom so through the night what seemed very close to my head was the noise of people going toilet every couple hours! I never slept!!

I cannot praise the staff enough for the way they treated us. The service was excellent and very friendly. The food was great and very reasonably priced. Great to be able to eat have a drink and not need to drive. I would not hesitate to return. Many thanks to all of the team.

Lovely pub serving great food with excellent rooms
As I was working at Brands Hatch this was ideally located being only a mile away from the circuit. When I arrived on Friday evening the parking was very limited because of the popularity of this pub/restaurant. Received a courteous welcome and shown to a large room with ample facilities, power points etc. The shower was excellent too. The restaurant and bar service a mix of traditional pub meals and really good restaurant style food. The only disappointment was on the Saturday evening when a couple decided to make a scene about the food they had (yet predominantly eaten before complaining!) Ironically I had ordered the exact same starter and main course as the gentleman and my food was excellent. The staff dealt with the, by now rude and foul mouthed couple, who eventually went on their way. I along with others that ate there including a table of say a dozen both Friday and Saturday all found the food to be great so maybe take any bad reviews with a pinch of salt! (Sorry.) All in all a great little place with friendly staff, serving excellent food and close to Brands Hatch

There was no food available in the evening and none at breakfast either. The chefs were ill but no option was provided not even a sandwich! We had to travel out to find an alternative venue for food.

Room was good except for a faulty shower head which meant most of the water dribbled out of the side. The lack of anybody around was perculiar though. Despite my checkin saying 11am I was greeted by a chef stood outside who looked confused as to why I was there and told me they weren't open for another hour before eventually someone appeared to let me in. There was a sign in the room with breakfast hours but when i got downstairs (within said hours) the whole premises was empty with not a soul around. After calling and just hearing the phone ring internally, I had to leave the keys by the bar as there was nobody to hand them to!
