I love staying at the Courtyard Marriott. I stay there at least once a month now. I am returning this month February as well. Very comfortable, very clean and it’s close to to so many great places. The hotel is located in a great spot for shopping and eating. The parking garage across the entrance is easy to get in and out of. The lobby was presentable and always had water and cups. The bad part was the actual rooms. They are seriously outdated. The bedding, towels, and pillows are old and so thin from washes. The worst part was the plumbing. The bathroom produced a horrible smell of sewer. We were originally on the 7th floor where the adjoining lock was broken and due to safety issues we requested to fix or move us. The smell was worse on the 7th floor too. The 6th floor smell was bad but we knew it was a deep plumbing drain pipe issue that the engineer wouldn’t be able to fix while we were there. Luckily we were out of the room most of the day. We did not use the pool or buffet.
