The hotel was great well located for the parks very clean and fresh. The pool bar had a dirty drinks machine that had wasps swarming it one day but was cleaned. On our floor the water dispenser was cleaned regularly and also made dirty by guests regularly. Staff were amazing can't complain about anything we had a great stay. Epic Universe was very special.

It was very good. The food was excellent in the restaurant which is good because there is nothing else around. My biggest issue was some niceties like body lotion, body wash (just little soap bars) were not included and not even offered. What hotel doesn’t provide body lotion??? In the least they could sell the body lotion for cheap in their gift shop.

The room was very nice! The pillows are extra thick so we requested thinner ones and they were delivered in 5 minutes! The location is fantastic for visiting Epic, which was a main goal for us.
