Quiet place on a main road. While the property is getting a little tired in some areas, the bed was comfortable. Shower stalls are good, good supply of hot water

Great location with a bus stop right outside. Walking distance to Riccarton Mall and Hagley Park. Well equipped kitchenette although an instruction manual for the microwave would have been helpful.

There was confusion as to whether Expedia would deduct and pay Samhil, or not. We worked it out OK. But such problems are best avoided by sound management processes.
Everything else was fine. Nice walk to the City.
