The location was amazing. But the hotel smelt horrible. You can hear the neighbors through the wall.

They over communicate to get you to agree to their fee’s or by a damage waiver, then it’s hard to get help when you need it.
They sent clear check in, instructions, however the entry codes didn’t work for anyone, not just my room. It took a little bit, but we finally got inside to a nasty room, with half a roll of toilet paper.

Fantastic stay! Loved the pool and the HUGE rooms!! Pool area and front awning need some TLC, curtains in the room would have been nice, but the location and large rooms were amazing!!!

Well the fact you have to call the main office that’s in another state to fix the smallest issue,, and hopefully it get taken care of soon enough,,And there is a smell in the lobby,,not very like able.

The location is great. But it was noisy. You can hear everything from the room next door even conversations. Boogers on the wall. Not very clean at all. Construction noise at 7am

Hospitality was lacking, I guess it's a new thing. No front desk only numbers and codes. Got there after 2 but could not enter the room till 4 . The room and location were good enough. The staff we did see were kind and helpful.

The stay was just ok. The plus was the location. The building had an off putting smell the walls are paper thin so you hear every conversation. The room didn’t give you the clean hotel feel and wasn’t inviting . There was a net infestation. The steps were also pretty brutal after walking all day .

This room was perfect for what we needed. It was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The pool was an added amenity. This hotel has a special charm all its own.

Plain
Light did not work in the bathroom and sink plug was broken. We arrived after 10pm so couldn't advise management until the next day. They didn't reply.
On the plus side it is near enough to Bourbon street but far enough not to be noisy.

I LOVED this property! The room was adorable! Super cute theme. I plan on staying at this location angain. Everything you want to see and do in New Orleans and the neighboring areas are easily accessible on foot. Also, the price was very reasonable.

Location is unbeatable, but stains on sheets and no extra trash bags. FYI Front door is incredibly loud and individual room door a little flimsy - noise maker was in room when we arrived which helped. Being said, would consider staying again but in a room on a higher floor!
