Room was amazing, very clean and the harbourview was breathtaking. The staff are all very friendly. Great location that connects with a huge shopping centre and the subway station. The coffee at the cafe is one of the best I have ever had before.

Big room for 3 people. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Gave good advice since we were there during Tyhpoon Ragasa.

Smart TV not smart at all
I can't believe it – the smart TV isn't smart at all. It can't connect to the internet, and it doesn't have any apps like YouTube.
When I tried to connect the smart TV with my phone via screen mirroring, it did not work. I called the custom service and they told me that you can only connect the smart TV with Android, not iOS. Is this a smart TV? Come on! Is this a five-star hotel?

We really enjoyed our stay at the East Hotel. Our high elevation corner was excellent in terms of functionality, aesthetics and its marvellous mountain and harbour view.
The maintenance of the room (daily cleaning etc) was outstanding.

The design of the bathroom/ restroom is made of glass, if you have a friend visiting you, able to see what you are doing!!!
