The team were very helpful, with good advice and tips for local area. not a lot in area for dining, but supermarket next door and hotel has microwave for customer use, free tea coffee hot chocolate, water and milk. cleaning staff did a lovely job and when i reported a minor leak, 20 mins later that had sorted it out. very close to beach, away form Barcelona centre, so beach to ourselves. old town was very quaint, full of history. i meant to book closer to Barcelona, glad i didn't, lovley find.

CUIDADO CON LOS PAGOS DIRECTOS
Mi reserva era pago directo en el hotel y me hicieron cargo total de la estancia a la tarjeta de débito. Al llamar para informar, me realizaron la devolución, pero al ser bancos diferentes, la devolución tardó más días en llegar. Solicité al hotel poder pagar la estancia al recibir el ingreso, ya que me llegaba un día antes de mi partida y llevaba el dinero justo para poder pasar las noches. La directora se negó en rotundo, aún siendo error de ellos, y no dieron una solución afín a mí situación. Tuve que pagar, día a día, mi reserva y sin recibir, todavía, en mi cuenta, la devolución de la reserva. De todo lo que teníamos planeado hacer, no pudimos disfrutar nada, puesto que al pagar en el hotel, día a día, y no disponer de la devolución, no nos quedó dinero para nada. No me compensa que me ofrecieran una habitación de categoría superior, si casi no pudimos ni comer ni disfrutar de nuestro viaje. La dirección de ese hotel, en cuanto a resolución de conflictos y quejas, deja mucho que desear y menos en conseguir la satisfacción y calidad del cliente. Agradecer a los/as recepcionistas que, en todo momento, intentaron que pudiera tener una estancia, lo más agradable posible, debido a mi situación y felicitar a las chicas de pisos que, la verdad, en cuanto a limpieza no puedo quejarme. Por supuesto, realizaré queja formal a la cadena B&B por este incidente.
