Within walking distance of central park and a diversity of food options. However, caution needed if returning / going out on foot late evening or night. Nice staff. Great support from Sthefanny; contact with trustable taxi drivers for day trips or around the city. Nice view of the city from the lift and at the end of corridors.

The staff is truly lovely and this review doesn’t reflect them at all. The hotel overall is old and needs lots of updates. I wouldn’t suggest this area for female solo travelers. I did feel safe inside the hotel but the outside is a bit sketchy.

I cant speak on "around the property" as i never left the hotel, but everyone, including kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend! Breakfast was included in our stay. Hotels in San Pedro don't usually do that. Of course they'll offer it, but it'll just be extra.

Old, need remodeling and repairs!
The staff was very polite and attentive. They were ready to solve problems and be friendly. But the building is an old crowne plaza hotel. The elevators to the parking didn’t work and the parking had several quantities of rubble. Old wood and chairs.
They have good materials on the building. But carpet was dirty and old. Air conditioning very loud and not central. The furniture old. Sheets stained. Hot water didn’t work until they’ve changed my room. I have no complaint on how I was treated but it is an old building needing repair.
